Jessica Frost is Head of Archer’s Client Experience team, including Project Management, Integrations, Relationship Management, and Client Service. With over 20 years of industry experience, she is accountable for ensuring our client’s overall satisfaction with their Archer experience throughout all stages of their growth. Prior to joining Archer in 2015, Jessica held various service and operations roles at Alliance Bernstein and Citi. She helped to launch Citi’s SMA outsourcing business, managed Service Delivery and Portfolio Administration teams, and served as a Client Executive on Citi’s Global Custody platform.
