Archer CEO Bryan Dori Announces Addition of CFO

Berwyn, PA (August 18, 2015) – Bryan J. Dori, CEO of Archer and 2015 Philadelphia Region EY-Entrepreneur of the Year Finalist, today announced that Ted Pastva, Jr. has joined Archer’s executive leadership team as chief financial officer. Pastva brings 27 years’ experience in corporate financial management to the firm.

“As we continue our strong growth, complexity naturally increases and requires a “C-level” executive who can focus on the financial and operational aspects of our business. The addition of Ted as chief financial officer provides additional financial oversight in support of our board of directors, and allows for Archer’s executive team to continue its focus on our strategic growth initiatives.”

Pastva joins Archer with experience ranging from corporate financial planning to acquisitions to investment policy. He held various leadership roles in finance at Aramark, a $15B managed services company. Pastva then went to Seamless where he led the company’s financial and administrative growth from early stage start-up through several acquisitions, private equity funding and an eventual successful merger with GrubHub. Pastva joins Archer from GrubHub where he served as vice president of finance and administration.
