Archer Board Welcomes Former Dreyfus CEO

Berwyn, PA (April 21, 2015) - Archer, a technology and services innovator for the investment management industry, is honored to announce that Thomas F. Eggers, former Chief Executive Officer of The Dreyfus Corporation, joined Archer’s Board of Directors effective April 1, 2015.

Bryan Dori, Chief Executive Officer of Archer, introduced Mr. Eggers to Archer’s Executive Management: “Tom’s vast experience within the financial services industry, and specifically his experience with multi-channel distribution of investment management services, is a close fit with Archer’s multi-channel capabilities. Having the benefit of Tom’s expertise during this time of Archer’s extraordinary growth will help us best serve clients as we expand our offerings.”

Mr. Eggers will serve in an advisory capacity to Archer’s Executive Management team. He joins as an outside director of Archer.

In addition to serving as CEO and President of The Dreyfus Corporation, Mr. Eggers has served as President and CEO of Scudder Investments, the $150 billion U.S. Asset Management arm of Deutsche Bank. Over the course of his 40- year financial services career, he was a founding member of several industry trade groups including The Forum for Investor Advice which is now part of the Money Management Institute. He also served on many committees of the Investment Company Institute (ICI) and was elected to its Board of Governors in 2007. He is also a previous member of the NASD Investment Company Committee.
