Archer Expands Client Experience Team with New Roles in Relationship Management, Client Service

Berwyn, PA (April 13, 2021) – Archer®, a technology-enabled services provider to the asset management industry and 2020 winner of the WatersTechnology Best Outsourcing Provider to the Buy Side award, today announced that it has expanded its Client Experience team, adding Sheryl Kushma as VP of Relationship Management and DJ Polis as AVP, Client Platform Specialist.

Kushma will work closely with Archer’s clients, providing strategic guidance on business processes and best practices to help them optimize their operating models. She comes to Archer with more than 20 years of industry experience, including BNY Mellon, 1838 Investment Advisors, SEI, and most recently, AJO. She has deep expertise in client service, relationship building, project management, operations, and performance measurement.

Polis, who brings 13 years of asset management experience in portfolio accounting, business operations, client relations, and business development, will serve as a liaison between clients and Archer’s operations team. His deep knowledge of operations and technology, along with expertise in developing and maintaining client relationships, makes him a strong addition to the team.

Archer is expanding its client experience team at a time when more asset managers are launching new products and entering new distributions channels as part of their growth strategies. This growth creates a need for experienced and flexible outsourcing partners who can provide new target operating models aligned with their firm’s goals.
